Prayers: for continued healing for Roberta W; for doctors’ wisdom in treating Karen C’s mother, Teresa; for strength for Lew A as he faces another cancer battle; for continued recovery for Jean T; for Judy S’s cousin Ed who is battling cancer; for Joanie N’s sister, Barbara, as she adjusts to a memory care facility; for Chris T’s safety during military deployment. Wilson UMC Prayers: for the Haiti mission team departing in March; for great response to the Kids In Christ diaper/baby wipe drive; for continued generous support for the mission and ministry of Westside CARES, with current emphasis on the need for toiletry items; for Stephanie F and Joy B at Asbury seminary. |
Forever Prayers: For a realization of what we are called by God to do that will make an impact in the world; for our military and civilian personnel serving throughout the world; for our local and federal governments’ direction; relief from the many wars, disasters, tragedies, personal and economic problems of people everywhere; all the dedicated churches, pastors, lay leaders, District Superintendents, and Bishops in our Methodist conferences; and unspoken needs of those attending Wilson. Remember to pray specifically for our District Superintendent, Melanie Rosa, and our Bishop, Elaine Stanovsky.
